Refugio El Robledal it is located at 17 Km from the city of Valdivia.
To come by car, you need to take the road to Niebla, and right after crossing the Cruces Bridge, take the road from Valdivia to Curiñanco, . Once you are in the Curiñanco road, after 6 Km, you need to take a detour to the right at the Chabelita crossroads. Here you take a paved and sinuous road that after 6 Km, it will led you into the Punucapa village.
When you reach the village, you will find the only stop sign in town. Turn left and go for an extra 900 meters and to the right you will find El Robledal.
In addition, you can reach Punucapa by boat, taking one of the many tourism boats that make the Valdivia Punucapa trip, via the Cruces river. Check in advance for availability. If you want to take this option, let us know and we will glad to pick you up at the Punucapa pier.
